Install
- Use Google Chrome 116 or newer (Microsoft Edge works with the same package).
- Open
chrome://extensions (or edge://extensions) and turn on Developer mode.
- Choose Load unpacked and select the extracted extension folder. Store listings will replace this step after launch.
- Pin the KepVideo icon to the toolbar.
Save a video
- Open the page with the video and press Play.
- Click the KepVideo icon. If the list is empty, wait a moment or press Scan again.
- Check the page title and duration, then press Download this video on the Recommended download card.
- On the download page choose the quality, audio and file name, then press Download and pick where to save.
- Keep the tab open until it shows Saved. The tab title ends with
DONE! when the file is complete.
Tips
- Switch to Low speed if the site or your network struggles; you can change it during a download.
- Use the theme button (Auto / Light / Dark) and the language menu in the popup or download page.
